Jewish Learning for Churches

Encounter the Jewish world of the Bible

Invite a rabbi into your church for an open and welcoming encounter with Judaism, the Bible and the Jewish world of Jesus.

In person or online · Programmes for congregations, clergy and theological students

Why invite a rabbi to your church?

Give your congregation the opportunity to ask honest questions, understand Judaism as a living faith, read Scripture with greater depth and discover the Jewish setting of Jesus and the New Testament.

Rabbi Sa’ar Khai Shaked is an Israeli-born rabbi, educator and interfaith practitioner who has lived and worked in South Africa since 2013. Ordained at Hebrew Union College in Jerusalem, he brings more than twenty years of experience in Jewish learning, congregational leadership and Jewish–Christian encounter.
